I beg to submit for Your Grace's consideration copy of a correspondence which has taken place with Mr. Cleverly, the Surveyor General, upon the subject of the changes in, and additions to his Department which he considers imperatively called for both by his approaching departure on leave, and by the large amount of public works now in progress.
